whY ESSENTIA?
Essentia is a Latin word meaning “essence” or “the intrinsic nature or indispensable quality of something that determines its character.” In philosophy and general use, it refers to the fundamental, core nature or the very substance of a thing — what makes it what it truly is. It’s a great word to suggest importance, purity, or the foundation of belief, strength, or destiny. That’s why, when we felt compelled to bring life to our business, that was the only name we agreed upon.
